Our IT support team can install your BMD software on site or set it up for you in the BMD Cloud. We configure workstations ranging from stand-alone solutions to complex large-scale networks. If you wish, we can also supply all the hardware you need, from computers to servers and peripherals.

You can reach the BMD support team and the BMD IT support at +43 50 883 during our business hours:

  • Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 5 pm
  • Friday from 8 am to 12 noon (limited support is available from noon to 4 pm)

Alternatively, if your BMD software is not working for technical reasons, you can submit an online enquiry to the BMD support or IT support team.
If your BMD software is working properly, please use the “Contact BMD” function directly in the software via the “?” icon in the top right-hand corner of the menu bar to submit your enquiry.
