BMD Go: Setting up BMD Go on an iPhone or iPad

Search for the app BMD Go in the "App Store" and install it.

Once you have successfully completed the installation, you can open the app.

When you first start the app, you have to set up the connection to the server and store the BMD NTCS login details.

We recommend using the login via QR code.

You can find the QR code here (you will have to allow BMD Go to access your camera): Open the QR code in BMD NTCS

Important: The displayed QR code is only valid once and expires after being scanned. It should only be sent by email or saved (e.g. in OneNote) if the code has not yet been scanned. If you open the window "BMD Go" again—in BMD NTCS, BMD Web or BMD Com—a new QR code will be generated automatically.

The website has to be accessible via the internet and must be protected with a valid certificate. The URL could be as follows: https://bmdweb.at/bmdweb/bmdweb.dll

Next, set your PIN code.

You can enable biometric unlock for BMD Go in the settings in the top right corner.

The set-up is now complete and you can access time tracking (the settings are saved automatically).

You can also change the BMD NTCS password in the app using "Change password".

The functions "Quick time entry" and "Time tracking" allow you to make new time entries.

You can use the function "Quick time entry" to make new time entries, e.g. of the type "Teleworking" or "Further training".

If you do not want to store your GPS location when posting, you have to remove this permission for BMD Go in the iOS settings.
