BMD Cloud: Restoring Outlook accounts

Please restore the Outlook profile for the respective users.

You can do so under Troubleshooting → Email (Outlook 2019):

Select “Show Profiles...”:

Next, click on “Remove”:

Then, select “Yes” to continue:

Confirm by clicking on “OK”:

After this, you can restart Outlook. You will be asked for the name of the new profile.
Enter “Outlook” as the new profile name and click on “OK”:

The system automatically enters your name. Click on “Next” to continue:

Click on “OK” to complete the setup:

Outlook will now start again correctly.

 

Note:

If you create a new Outlook profile, the settings for the default signatures will be deleted. The signatures are still available but you will have to define them again as the default signature for new messages, etc.
