Please note that after changing your BMD Cloud password, you may still need to check or adjust the following settings. The new password must be stored for the program parts or features you use.
From Parallels version 19.3.1:
If you have saved the password in the BMD Cloud session in your BMD NetSpeed client, you also have to change and save the password in the client as well.
In BMD NTCS, you now have to change the password in the synchronisation login details, if required in the BMD 5.5 login details and in the email parameters for SMTP.

Please note that depending on the manufacturer and the operating system (Android, iOS), it can vary where to find these settings.
In the Start menu (Windows symbol at the bottom left), you can go to "Troubleshooting" and then to "Saved Credentials".
There, you can remove the “old credentials”.
Please check on your local computer whether you have connected a network drive to the BMD Cloud and saved the password there. If not, please disconnect and reconnect the drive with your new password.
Also check on your local computer whether an old password is stored in your saved login details.
