After the activation by the BMD IT support team (email: technik@bmd.at), the application OneDrive will be available in the Start menu in BMD Cloud.
Now, you can start the setup using the assistant. Enter the email address of your Microsoft 365 account.
Click on “Continue” in the following window.
Select whether you want to send optional data to Microsoft.
The location can be changed, but it must be in your user profile.
It is not possible to use a network drive.
Depending on the type of Microsoft 365 account, there will be a brief explanation of your options.
Click on “Continue” in the following window.
You will find the icon for the connected OneDrive account in the notification area of the task bar. Here, you can make further settings.
The data synchronised via OneDrive will be saved in the respective user profile and are part of the used storage in BMD Cloud.
After setting up OneDrive successfully, you can find “OneDrive” in the explorer.
By right-clicking on a file or folder, you can now share it with other people.
Then, you can adjust or restrict access to the link.
Once you copy the link, the respective link will be created.
You can remove the share/access again accordingly...

The data are always available locally
The data are currently available locally (you can edit them online and offline)
