Evaluations: set "Determining mode for additional data" for each evaluation

You can use this parameter to define the mode in which the additional data of an evaluation type are loaded. Additional data is the data that are loaded in addition to the underlying data quantity of an evaluation. This parameter only affects data columns; sorting columns are not affected.

Package MM -> Master data -> Settings -> MM parameters -> Evaluations -> General -> Determination mode - additional data

1 - per detail line: The additional data are loaded to each existing detail line. This can lead to multiple values being added more than once.

2 - accumulated (default): The additional data are only added to the evaluation once for each unique occurrence. The value is correct in the sum, but in the detailed representation fields with the value "0" can occur.

Example

The items form the basis of the data quantity for the evaluation type "Sales order items". If data fields such as the CM value from the sales order header are added to the evaluation for this purpose, the CM value appears more than once in the evaluation for an order with several items.

Sales order with 3 items, the CM value of the sales order header is 10 :

Setting "per data line": In the evaluation, a CM value of 10 appears in each line, resulting in a sum of 30 .

Setting "accumulated": There is 10 in one line, in two lines 0 in total 10 .

From version 29.26, you can define individually for each evaluation in the field "Determination mode for additional data" how they are determined:

Default (according to parameter)

accumulated

Detailed
