Import activity groups: new program

From now on, the activity groups for the payroll analysis can be imported according to the EU remuneration directive via the program PAYROLL > Payroll analysis - import of activity groups. The import takes place as usual in all other import programs in Payroll via a CSV import. During the import, the following checks are carried out and if they tick, an entry is written to the log file.

Checks whether the number specified in the field "Belongs to serial number" is valid and whether there is an appropriate outline. If this is not met, the data record cannot be imported and the log entry "Outline (X) specified in the field "Belongs to" could not be found." is written.

The own number must not be set when importing outlines in the field "Belongs to procedure no." (self-reference). If this is the case, the record cannot be imported and the log entry "The field "Belongs to" refers to the own outline number: self-references are not allowed." is written.

Outline and activity family number must not both be set in the import record. A record can only be adopted as an outline or as an activity family. If this is the case, the record cannot be imported and the log entry "Outline and activity family number must not be specified at the same time." is written.

For import data records for outlines, it is exceeded whether the fields "Pay from" and/or "Pay until" have been filled in.
