<div>The function to retrieve the data for the remuneration report according to  11 Paytransparency Act (Gender Pay Gap) can be carried out via the program PAYROLL -&gt; Payroll analysis -&gt; Payroll report under the menu item "Generate data". The function can only be carried out if...</div><ul><li>a company has been selected, </li><li>one is in a payroll month = 12</li><li>and the finished flag has been set in month 12. </li></ul><div>If this is not the case, the corresponding messages are displayed and no data is collected.<br><br>The date for the remuneration report is the 31. December of the respective calendar year, the reporting period is the calendar year.<br><br>Data is collected for those employees who have an employment contract that meet the following conditions:<br></div><ul><li>Joining is before or on deadline. </li><li>Leaving is due after or on the cut-off date or no leaving has been recorded.<br></li><li>It is not a case-by-case employment. </li><li>It is not a freelancer.<br></li><li>The employment contract is not dormant on the deadline.<br></li><li>The gender of the employee is either "male" or "female". All other characteristics of the "Gender" field are not included in the payroll report.</li></ul><div>The following rules apply for the summation:<br></div><ul><li>All employment contracts of the calendar year are included in the summation, which belong to the same employment number as the employment contract at the deadline. Previous employments are therefore ignored.<br></li><li>The totals are generated via the salary type groups that are stored in the parameters of the program for the respective columns.<br></li><li>The following values are extrapolated to full time for part-time employment contracts using the part-time percentage:<br><ul><li>Real estate pay (to adv.) <br></li><li>Var./inherit.remuneration (to adv.)<br></li><li>Special payments<br></li></ul></li><li>The following values are not extrapolated for part-time employment contracts:<br><ul><li>Basic wage (not max.)<br></li><li>Var./inherit.remuneration (not updating)<br></li><li>Overtime (pay)</li><li>Overtime (number)</li></ul></li><li>All amounts for tree years are extrapolated over the calendar days to a full year.<br></li></ul><div>The following displayed columns are not added up or averaged via the reporting year, but refer to the cut-off date:<br></div><ul><li>Joining date<br></li><li>Period of service incl. previous periods of service (the period of service + previous period of service as credited for the leave entitlement is specified)<br></li><li>Part-time percentage: although only the part-time percentage is displayed on the deadline, the part-time employment percentage for the extrapolation of the remuneration of part-time employment contracts is of course used for the respective part-time employment contract or billing month.
