<body><h3>New standard workflows in CRM and DMS</h3><div>From this version on, the following three new standard workflows from the CRM and DMS will be available. These templates provide you with an overview of how such workflows can be designed.</div><div><br></div><div> <strong>Due date for quarter of the year (automatic)</strong> </div><div>The processing of ECZ/KVZ quarterly due dates is now processed to a large extent. The workflow is started automatically when archiving the documents in the DMSusually when reading the Databox in the e-Government management. As a rule, the notifications to the clients are sent directly in the background. Only with existing payment adjustments, a task is created for a manual check to the responsible clerk.</div><div><br></div><div> <strong>Annual WiEReG re-registration</strong> </div><div>The annual Register of Beneficial Owners (WiEReG) new registration has also been automated. If a corresponding deadline is createdusually by the Register of Beneficial Owners (WiEReG) change service, the WiEReG excerpt is automatically collected, archived and sent to the client. Afterwards, the clerk is assigned a task to check the client's response to possible changes to the beneficial owners.</div><div><br></div><div> <strong>Automatic forwarding of posting notifications</strong> </div><div>Posting messages are now automatically forwarded to clients. The workflow starts when archiving the documents in the DMS and usually sends the corresponding information directly in the background without manual editing.</div><div><br></div><div>Further information can be found in the documentation for the <a href="[HELP]\OES\Documents\1540828084000004010.html" target="_self">Standard workflows in CRM</a>.</div><div><br></div>
