<h3>2026: Housing subsidy contribution in Vienna</h3>
<div>On 23.12.2025 a regional law sheet was published with which the housing subsidy contribution in the federal state Vienna is increased from previously 0,5 % to 0,75 % for both an employee and an employer. </div><div><br></div><div>The increased percentage is used when using a Wiener health insurance fund. Overriding is possible in the program "Payroll companies" via the field "Apply new legal regulations from". Here, you can define the month from when on the increased WF should be taken into account. </div><div><br></div><div>Of course, the increased WF percentage is also taken into account in the NeuFG. The old percentage is currently reported in the mBGM because there is currently no way to report the increased WF percentage in the mBGM. </div><div><br>In the mCBN, the "old" WF rate is still used and reported for GK and VAEB insured persons so that there are no clearing notifications. In the tariff system of ELDA, the new increased WF percentage for Vienna cannot yet be reported. The "difference" is currently carried out on the salary type 9998 "Difference mCBN/billing". The salary type is visible on the wage account, in the program "View billing", etc. If the mCBN is corrected later, this salary type is removed again. For the time being, there is a credit on the contribution account that is cancelled when the mCBNs are corrected. <br><br>As soon as the update is available on the part of ELDA/TASY, BMD will provide the future WebUpdate (level 08.01.2025 not yet available). We will inform you about it in the course of further customer information.<br><br></div><div>For BVA insured persons, the mBGM is created and reported with an increased percentage. </div><div><br></div><div>In order to avoid posting differences from a payment for unused vacation time to the year 2026, the salary type 7552 "PUV following month SI cur contribution" should be redetermined after importing the web update in the December settlement with the increased values for Vienna. <br><br>A detailed description can be found in the document <a href="https://www.bmd.com/fileadmin/bmd_template/media/at/Clientsinfo/Help/00.00/OES/Documents/1564481072000002870.html" target="_self">Innovations 2026</a> in our Online Help. <br><br></div>
