Settlement statistics and client monitoring: various changes

Miscellaneous extensions have been implemented in the programs "Settlement statistics" and "Client monitoring":

Settlement statistics
The settlement statistics has been extended by the two fields "Leaving without SP" and "Recalculations".

The column "Leaving without SP" displays the number of leavings for which no special payments have been settled. The special payments are identified using salary types that are marked as special payments for garnishment. This way, leave bonus and Christmas bonus are clearly recognised, while other special payments, such as balance sheet allowance, are not taken into account. Clicking a link (delayed double-click on the number opens a window in which the affected employees or employment contracts are listed.

The number of employment contracts for which recalculations of user salary types (salary type number < 8000) were recorded in the respective month. Each EC with recalculations is counted once, regardless of how many salary types or in how many months were recalculated. For recalculation months - these are months in which the values in the fields "Month" and "Recalculation month" are different - no values are shown in this column logically.br>
Client monitoring
The column "Recalculations" has also been included in client monitoring. The same executions apply as for the field "Recalculations" in the "Settlement statistics" program. As opposed to in the settlement statistics, the field is provided with a click link here. A click link (delayed double-click) opens a window in which the recalculated employees or employment contracts are displayed.
