<div>If the "Company type" parameter is set to "Test operation" for the ELDA data hub program, sending existing notifications is no longer possible.</div><div><br></div><div>The only exception is if the following internal parameter is set, which is usually the case for our internal databases, but of course not for the customer.</div><div><br></div><div>Paramgroup=ELDA</div><div>ParamName=MESSAGENTELLENTESTFIRM</div><div>ParamKey=<USER></div><div>Short value=1<br><br>If this internal parameter is not set, the message appears: "Sending an Elda notification is not possible because the parameter "Operation type" is set to "Test run"".</div><div><br></div><div>In particular when setting up the ELDA software, many support employees have submitted a notification in test mode and then changed the company type to "real operation". You cannot use the test mode at the beginning of November 2025. You can currently send notifications in real operation and cancel them again. Currently, however, no customers are using version 28.45. Therefore, the current behaviour is not taken into account. </div><div><br></div><div>Until the year update, another function in the ELDA data hub should be completed, with which you can create and send a standard test report (for Max Mustermann) to test the ELDA settings. This function is implemented with an additional SCR and should be available from version 28.45. </div><div><br></div>
