<h3>mCBN with increased housing subsidy contribution in Vienna and new tariff system</h3>
<div>The housing subsidy contribution in Vienna was knownly increased from January 2026. This is taken into account in the settlement already since the web update 28.45.24. However, the increased housing subsidy contribution in Vienna could not so far be reported on the mBGM. The new tariff system for 2026 is now available with which the increased WF surcharge in Vienna can be reported on the mBGM. When importing the web update, the tariff groups are updated in all datasets from 2026.</div><div><br></div><div>Depending on how far January billing has already progressed, two different procedures are recommended:<br></div><ul><li>If the salary statements have not yet been transmitted to the employees and the transfer to the employees has not yet taken place, the increase of the WF in Vienna in the settlement of January should take place. In the gross entry, use the menu item "Functions" - "Miscellaneous" - "Schedul recalculation" to carry out the two functions "Schedul recalculation for company (without leaving)" and "Schedul recalculation for company (only leaving)". The next settlement will take into account the increased WF for employees insured in Vienna. Create and send the mBGMs as usual.<br><br></li><li>If salary statements have already been transmitted to the employees or if the transfer has been made to the employees, the correction should be done for the simple reason in the course of the settlement of February. In this case, January has already been settled with an amount in the system salary type 9998 "Difference mBGM/billing". You can see this salary type in the program "View payroll accounts" or in the program "View settlements". In the course of the settlement of February, the two functions "Schedul recalculation" are to be carried out in the gross entry via the menu item "Features" - "Miscellaneous" - "Scheduling recalculation for company (without leaving)" - "Scheduling recalculation for company (resignations only)". In this way, the difference is offset. Create the mBGMs in the usual way. If necessary, cancellation mBGMs and the correct mBGMs are created taking into account the increased percentage.</li></ul><div>For BVA insured persons, the mBGM from 2026 was already created and reported with the increased percentage as of WebUpdate 28.45.24. </div><div><br></div><div>Overriding this logic is possible via the field "Apply new legal regulation from" in the program "Payroll company" till May 2026. </div><div><br></div><div>From this web update on, the following message appears in the settlement check as long as the difference in the system salary type 9998 "Difference mBGM/billing" exists:</div><div><br></div><div>"PLEASE NOTE: there are employment contracts with settlements for which, due to the WF-adjustment for Vienna from 2026 differences occur between the settlement and the mBGM. Please carry out both variants for "scheduling recalculation company" in the gross entry under Functions Miscellaneous."</div><div><br></div>
