<h3>Registration and adult education</h3>
<div>When creating a registration for adult education, the parameter "Create on/change notification for adult education" is read. It has been used until now from the year of the registration date of the employee. Logically, when entering the year 2026, the parameter from the payroll year 2026 was read and used. However, nothing was done if the payroll year did not yet exist because the year has not yet been changed. </div><div><br>From now on, the parameter from the year of the base settings is always used, in which you happen to be present, where you can enter the rejoining or create the employee. </div><div><br></div><div>Why not use the parameter of the respective payroll year and as the fallback level of the parameter of the highest payroll year is unknown? </div><div><br></div>
