Procurement proposal - enquiry assignment: apply cost price to offer

If one or more enquiries are created for an offer, you will have the option from version 28.45 to apply the purchase price (incl. goods procurement costs) of the request as the cost price of the offer. Activate the following parameter for this:

Package MM - Master data - Settings - MM parameters - Purchase order entry - Procurement proposal - "Enquiry assignment": apply CP to offer

0 - No (default): The cost price of the offer remains unchanged.

1 - Yes: The purchase price incl. goods procurement costs is used as the cost price for the offer.

If this parameter is activated, you can import the purchase prices including the goods procurement costs in the window "Procurement proposals" in the detail tab "Enquiry info" with the function "Assign (Transfer data to PP)". The supplier and purchase price including the goods procurement costs are transferred to the procurement proposal and at the same time this price is used as the cost price for the underlying offer. This allows you to calculate the selling price in the offer on the basis of the actual cost price.
