<h3>Gross entry: various changes to the function "Motor veh. remuneration"<br></h3>
<div> <strong><br></strong> </div><div> <strong>Sub-monthly joining or leaving</strong> </div><div>The input field "Vehicle use from" is greyed out if the benefit calculator has been opened for an employee with joining or leaving during the month. In this case, the factoring is not carried out by the benefit calculator but by the salary type. By deactivating the input field, double factoring is prevented. If the input field "Vehicle use from" is grey, the reason for deactivating the field is displayed in a note text: "In joining and leaving months, the factoring is carried out via the salary type setting".<br><br> <strong>Access to constant of previous month</strong> <br>The benefit calculator no longer reads the value from the gross entry in the previous month, but the constant from the previous month. This means that the full value for the benefit in kind and, if applicable, for the monthly contribution is always read, regardless of whether a technical change was made in the previous month, a period without remuneration or the like has been billed.</div><div><br></div>
