<div>The following changes have been made so that archived documents from the DMS can be assigned to a contracting company and displayed in the settlement monitor:</div><ul><li>Archived documents can be assigned to a payroll company. It does not matter in which archive the document is located. The assignment of a document to a payroll company can be made via the menu or via the context menu.<br><br></li><li>In the program CRM - Master data - CRM and firm - DMS - "Default values DMS", you can define a default value for the document origin "PAYROLL: contracting companies". <br><br></li><li>With the year change, the existing assignment is copied to the assignment of the next year. Each year has its own document assignment!<br><br></li><li>When deleting a payroll company, the document assignment is of course deleted as well, but not the documents themselves. <br><br></li></ul>
