<div>The new EU Devaluation Ordinance (Difgungverordnung) creates complete duties of care for companies. These must ensure that their products are free of dev. emissions. The focus is on the traceability and traceability of the supply chain. Companies must be able to track the entire path of a product completely.</div><div><br></div><div>From <strong>30.12.2025</strong> the application phase of the EUDR for large and medium-sized companies starts. Small companies have 6 months more time to implement.</div><div>The EUDR is product-based and thus applies without exception to all companies that trade EUDR-relevant raw materials and goods.</div><div><br></div><div>The new dev. regulation applies to the following raw materials as well as products that have been produced using these raw materials:</div><ul><li>Wood</li><li>Filip oil</li><li>cing</li><li>Coac</li><li>Beef</li><li>Soya</li><li>Rubber</li></ul><div>It does not provide any threshold or volume values. By the way, the list of the affected raw materials should still be extended in the future.</div><div><br></div><div>The EU Devaluation Ordinance also carries out an internal documentation obligation as well as a reporting obligation. <strong>Pro batch</strong> of the affected goods must contain a declaration of due diligence or a confirmation of the EUDR similarity that the customs check is based on a risk.
