Tariff system Importer

If a new tariff system is provided by ELDA, it must be imported on our part. This always happens automatically via a web update. In the summer 2025 there was an increased support volume because in some cases the tariff system was exchanged again by an older one or the web update did not run properly. In order to avoid this in the future, some improvement is made.

The log entries of the TasyImporter have been adjusted so that they contain important information for analysis. Incorrect log entries will no longer be written in the future.

Checks whether the version of the tariff system differs from the version that the program expects.

Checking whether the standard file does not exist.

A check for an outdated TASY version offers a value when starting the programs "Gross entry" and "Carry out settlements". If the new standard file cannot be imported automatically due to a special combination, this check is triggered on the surface.

If the new TASY has been successfully imported, the system version is turned up so that the import is not try again.

The start of the TASY import including the dataset and year is noted in the log file.

These changes should lead to less problems when importing a new tariff system. The user should remember nothing about it on the surface.
