BMD Call-Interface allows you to:

  • establish outgoing calls and 
  • identify incomming calls 

The information gained with BMD Call-Interface is enormous. Any call can trigger opening another application providing the details of the call. For example the Telephone Journal found in the BMD Organizer can be opened. 

All information about the caller saved in the system is available to you. It is therefore much easier to provide great service to your customers. 

What is required to use the BMD Call-Interface? 

Your phone system needs a working TAPI-interface.
