The BMD Consult solution is a highly competitive and comprehensive complete solution for tax consulting and auditing offices covering all areas of office operations and organization.

The BMD Consult solution has been designed for international operations and is available in the German, Hungarian, Slovak, Czech and English language. All country specific legislative amendments have been developed for Germany, Switzerland, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia.

The BMD Consult solution has been implemented by more than 1200 Austrian offices and over 70 in Austrian neighboring countries. BMD Consult solutions are in use on more than 20.000 working stations.

The BMD solution is unique in its complete office integration. This has been achieved by completely re-developing our solutions based on a central data model and experience of more than 30-years application development for Tax Advisory Offices. We have achieved unique system information readiness. Complete data availability is essential among other things in Office CRM for ad-hoc data retrieval and in the BMD reporting system to apply data using individually configured evaluations.

All standard reports are completely arbitrarily configurable. Standard suggestions in all reports for all sectors of operation are included in the module.

Report management and Navigator tools have been developed for evaluation expositions and reports making an experience of every Financial Statement presentation. Details can be accessed in every stage of the presentation (bookings, statements, etc.)

Special

BMD covers basic office requirements, as well as special areas, such as paperless booking, controlling, planning of FS, purchase invoice control, work time recording, staff cost planning, audit revision software, auditing and the analysis tool Tax Advisor Cockpit.

The module also includes a series of technological features such as Call Interface for automatic caller identification; automatic appointment and task synchronization with PDAs or mobile phones and WEB based communication platforms with clients, as well as web entry in various sectors.


CRM

BMDOffice CRM integrates all business sectors. It provides a tool to perfectly organize internal operational processes and present to customers.

BMD.COM

BMD.COM is a new communication platform between tax advisor and client. The client has 24/7 access to all relevant information via WEB-Platform – evaluations, documents and so on. The client can also use the WEB platform to pre-post data (FIAC, PAYROLL). Original documents can be transferred. When scanning with original vouchers (paperless booking, web cash system entry), the account statement can be displayed with the original documents using the WEB interface.

BMDGHOST

BMDGhost is a tool to facilitate office management. The program has automatic access to FinanzOnline statements and distributes them – also automatically – to appropriate staff members. All Tax Office account bookings in BMD 5.x are automated. The system is readily updated with all amendments and available for you to read. Be informed of eventual customer bankruptcy. Office receptacle

ASP can be used to outsource the server to BMD. The terminal server is then used to dock the work station or Thin Client. Save time on activities related with central server data backup, software updates, server maintenance etc. All BMD solution technological features provided in in-house installations are also available via ASP (refer to ASP in Technics sector).
