Offline-Entry


The offline entry module helps you to minimize the time involved in monthly wage settlement.

Based on a simple principal: Entry of payroll relevant data takes place at client or at Teleworker home. Data entry either detailed by cost center/unit or compacted per wage type. Non-service times such as vacation, sickness etc. are entered separately.

All information needed for settlement of travel costs (date, time, border crossing, KM, cash outlays, etc.) can be entered in offline mode. Travel cost entry is also available as web entry.

Wage data can be forwarded to management or tax advisor by mail. No more hand written correspondence, routine activities minimized.

TIME RECORDING

BMD Time Recording simplifies the complexity of time entry and wage settlement. Working times are calculated and assessed automatically. Individual assessments using formulae, individual time and assessment models. Assessed data can be transferred to BMD payroll and/or service settlement. Create individual profiles – BMD Time Recording is a flexible system: Booking types, day, week, shift and break models, working times and rounding models. Vacation, out-of-office appointments, seminars and more can be planned in advance (create duty plans). Automatic recognition and booking of holidays will reduce your booking entry times.

COAC COST DISTRIBUTION

Enter times to cost center and unit. Bookings will be assessed in time recording by cost center and unit or transferred to service entry.

SERVICE ENTRY

The service entry module is a pre-recording tool for payroll accounting. Services can be booked per day, depending on work time model, to cost center or unit.

Furthermore, the module can be used in conjunction with post-calculations for projects and pre-recording tool for cost accounting – to allow for service exchanges (e.g. debit cost center and credit cost unit).

Full compatibility with payroll accounting and cost accounting. Services can be „filtered“ and assessed with actual rates for application to payroll accounting. Data transfer to cost accounting can be repeated monthly as often as required. If projected entries are made, imputed rates will be used instead oft he actual data.

Branches used for future services planned (e.g. building cleaning) can be defined within a duty schedule to reduce the monthly entry operation time.

A comfortable and flexible evaluation tool to view information in various forms – on screen, as printout or CSV format export.

STAFF INFORMATION SYSTEM

Applicant Administration



The BMD-Applicant Administration module is a tool that will support you in staff selection and reduce time-consuming activities.

One of the first steps will be to announce the position via various media (newspaper, homepage, etc.). BMD offers and integrated insertion administration tool. Create individual insertion texts and manage the respective costs.

Create a minimum requirement profile. Define required languages, flexibility and mobility etc. Determine knowledge level e.g. basic, good, perfect language fluency. Once applicants have been assessed, lists can be created of matching profiles. Once the application comes in, it can be added to the applicant list with photo where additional information can be supplemented (license, salary, ambitions, experience, etc.). Past experience and employment history with dates can be added. Appropriate documentation of all applicants will allow for better insight tot he status quo. Information can be accessed in the event an applicant calls. Reduce time required for correspondence with short-listed applicants. BMD-Applicant Administration includes an automated correspondence tool. A simple mouse click will trigger creation of a standardized interview invitation, rejection letter and other mail items. Send by post or email. All documents – from application to employment contract – can be electronically archived.
